Your involvement is incredibly valuable, but we balance it with your teen’s need for a private, confidential space to open up. While their specific conversations remain private (unless there is a safety concern), we actively collaborate with you as a team. This typically looks like regular parent check-ins, occasional family sessions, and providing practical tools you can use at home.

Because every teen and situation is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all timeline for care. Many youth experience meaningful shifts in coping skills and communication within 3 to 6 months of consistent sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.

Our youth and teen specialists work with children, adolescents, and teens starting at ages 9 and up.
